As principal of this community, I am here to lead and provide opportunities to students,
teachers, and families. As an educator, I believe that every child is a unique individual who requires a
secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature intellectually, emotionally,
physically, socially, and spiritually. My goal is to provide an environment that is safe, supports risk-
taking, and invites the sharing of ideas in order for all students to flourish to their fullest potential.
I have taught in both Catholic and Public-School settings where I have had diverse teaching experiences that have allowed me to appreciate the various teaching and learning points of view across the grade levels and curricular. I hold a Masters of Education degree, with a focus on Reading, from Worcester State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Bay Path
College. I am certified through the Massachusetts Department of Education for Elementary 1-6, English 5-8, Reading Specialist PreK-12 as well as my Administration licensure.
I reside in West Boylston with my husband, two children, and our two dogs. As a family, we enjoy spending time outdoors taking bikes rides and walks on the rail trails. We are active members of our home parish where we participate in the altar and music ministries. Catholic Education provides us an opportunity to not only enrich students’ lives academically, but also spiritually. In today’s world, more than ever before, I believe a life rooted in faith has a structure to persevere through the joys and the challenges that life brings.
I am proud to be a member of the St. Anna School community and will work diligently to see that it continues to thrive both academically and spiritually.
